Penance Services:

Confessions will be heard during regular Reconciliation times and Thursdays during Holy Hour with the addition to two Penance services added during the Lent Season.

The first Penance service will be on Tuesday, April 1st from 7pm - 8pm at Immaculate Conception.

The second Penance service will be on Saturday, April 5 from 9:30am - 11am at Holy Rosary.

Prayer:

Stations of the Cross will occur throughout our Family of Parishes. As you journey through your Lenten pilgrimage, walk in the footsteps of Jesus and be reminded of His love for us and the sacrifice He made for us. Schedule: Holy Rosary: March 7th, 14th, 21st, April 4th, and 11th at 7pm. Immaculate Conception: Every Monday at 6:30pm with Mass following (no Monday morning Mass during Lent). Our Lady of Guadalupe: Every Sunday at 1pm. St. Patrick: March 28th and April 18th at 7pm. St. Teresa: Every Wednesday at 7pm with Mass following and April 18th at 7pm.


Thursday Holy Hour with Confessions is a great opportunity to enter into prayer and spend time in the presence of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Immaculate Conception: March 6th at 6:30pm. St. Patrick: March 13th at 6:30pm. Our Lady of Guadalupe: March 20th at 6:30pm. St. Teresa: March 27th at 6:30pm. The Adoration Chapel at Holy Rosary is available 24/7; contact the parish office for more information.


Feast Day of St. Patrick will be celebrated on Monday, March 17th at St. Patrick at 6:30pm.


Patriotic Rosary is prayed every 1st Monday and 3rd Monday of the Month at Holy Rosary, 7pm.

Little Black Books are available now to help enhance your prayer practice during lent. This Little Book will provide you with daily scriptural-based lessons along with interesting facts about Catholic traditions, saints, and symbolism. Look for them in the back of church or within the church vestibule.

Faith Formation:

Gospel of John is a five-week study on the rich Christology of this Fourth Gospel and delve into the teachings of Jesus and how John the Evangelist proclaims him as the Redeemer. Beginning on March 12, sessions will be available Wednesday Mornings at 8:30am and Thursday evenings at 7:00pm. All sessions held at the IC Parish Activity Center in Room 102. No Greater Love  is a program designed to take you on a Biblical Walkthrough of Christ’s Passion. The author, Edward Sri, leads you through the last hours of Christ’s life; walking step-by-step with Jesus from the garden of Gethsemane to Mount Calvary. Sessions begin March 4 and offered every Tuesday through April 15 with each Tuesday covering different chapters. Two times available each Tuesday; 9am and 6:30pm. Mini-Pilgrimage to the Shrine Join Fr. Rob and Fr. Adam on a Mini-Pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Holy Relics in Maria Stein; a Jubilee Pilgrimage Site. Explore the Shrine together on a tour featuring a talk on the relics, the relic shrine, and plenary indulgences. This Lent, the Stewardship Department of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati will share a series of interviews that feature new priests in our Archdiocese. Lenten Prayer Series at the Maria Stein Shrine  Wanting to grow in your prayer life this Lent? Ever feel stuck in your prayer life? Not sure of what personal prayer is supposed to look like? A five-week series on prayer will be offered at the Maria Stein Shrine on the following Thursdays during Lent: March 13th A Journey in Prayer 7:00-8:15pm; March 20th Who is God? 7:00-8:15pm; March 27th Battle in Prayer 7:00-8:15; April 3rd Communion of the Saints 7:00-8:15pm; April 10th Your Journey in Prayer 7:00-8:15pm. We will have the opportunity to engage in a different form of prayer at each session and address the challenges and possible misconceptions about prayer.

Sister Joyce Ann Zimmerman To Speak At Shrine Mark your calendar to join us on March 18th & 27th for our Adoration Guild Lenten Learning Series on Mary in Scripture, Church, and Liturgy, and Liturgical and Devotional Prayer. Both sessions will be held in the Shrine’s Adoration Chapel and begin at 10:00am. They are free and open to the public.

Eucharistic Miracles of the World Exhibit, designed and created by Blessed Carlo Acutis, is currently at St. Joseph, Pillar of Families Parishes. Throughout the month of March and into April, you will have a chance to experience and learn more about this amazing exhibit.
